Focus on Bunnyhill
Dokan’s Saturday Karate class held from 2.30 to 3.30 at Bunnythill is a bit different from the usual karate class found elsewhere.
Firstly, in an attempt to put something back into the community the class is currently free to those on benefits.
Secondly, it hasn’t got a regular cadre os students. Different kids wander in from week to week and the roster changes as more of the old attendees are now doing extra nights at other Dokan venues.
This club is ideal for beginners who want to do a little bit of fighting - although of course low grades are not forced to spar and, as Sensei Ron is always there, the ones who don't want to fight can do kata or practice techniques on the pads with him.
